提案費用  Proposal Fee

  • 提案及丈量費用 NT$ 20,000 起 (含平面初步規劃/參考圖例)，簽約後可折抵設計費

  • 大坪數/複層費用另計

設計費用  Design Fee

  • NT$ 8,000/坪

  • 依室內實際規劃坪數計算，設計總價最低為 NT$ 160,000

工程預算   Construction Budget

  • 預售屋/新成屋 NT$ 10~15萬元起/坪

  • 中古屋 NT$ 15~18萬元起/坪

  • 商業空間 NT$ 10~15萬元起/坪


其 他   Other

  • 工程整合管理費用為總工程款 10%

  • 最低接案預算 NT$ 2,000,000

  • 以上工程預算參考費用不含冷氣、軟裝、家具採購
