捨棄一般金融產業辦公室的常規設計，座落於匆忙的臺北都會區，以「柔」做為設計核心，重新定義辦公室的樣貌，創造鼓譟城市中的「綠洲」。
整體利用大面積玻璃幕牆引光入室，透過木質隔柵及隔間設計，讓光線與氣流穿透並均勻打散在溫潤的木頭上，呈現空間的「通透感」。其中木質隔柵蘊藏著企業識別的語彙，透過格柵高低的曲線設計，傳達企業理念之『Hill』所代表的山丘意象，再以天然紋理的大理石做為櫃檯材質，藉由光線、木頭與石材呼應自然與人融合的設計本質。
An oasis situated in the boisterous city—Amber Hill Office
The design project Amber Hill Office is situated in a bustling metropolis - Taipei. Escaping from the established impression of offices in the financial industry, the core of design “soft’’, redefines the appearance of office and creates an ‘‘oasis’’ into the boisterous city.
The master-planning applies large glass curtain wall to introduce sunlight into the interior. Through wooden grilles, the sunlight is spread on the comfortable wood and the sense of airiness creates "transparency" of the space. The wooden grille metaphors the spirit of corporate to present the curve of the mountain and the corporate logo "Hill". Moreover, natural-textured marble is used as the material of the reception desk. Wooden, stone and light reflect the design essence of the fusion of nature and humanity.
為了因應客戶及員工截然不同的身份及空間使用需求，入口採用動線分流的雙門設計，由左側大門會進入到較私密小型會議室，右側大門則可以直接通往開放休憩區及辦公室，運用長型的空間，使左右動線保持暢通，亦巧妙界定了公、私領域的範圍。此外，隨著來訪客戶人數不一，藉由會議室的移動式門片，靈活運用每一件專案所需要的場域範圍，化解同時間多方開會的相互干擾。
To meet the requirement of space usage from the employees and customers, the entrance designs two doorways to distinguish different traffic flow. Through the left door, employees and visitors can directly enter the more private meeting room, and the right door leads them to the open-plan rest area and working space. The designer uses rectangle space to keep the traffic flow smooth, and also partition the public and private spheres. In addition, as the number of visitors changes every day, the movable door of the meeting room provides flexible space for different projects, which resolve the problems that may be caused by multiple meetings at the same time.
打破傳統隔間的限制，員工辦公室採無隔閡的開放空間，利用天花板裸露管線及錯落起伏的吊掛植栽與燈具，強化垂直層次的變化，讓視線由上向下綿延，透過材質特性來演繹開放空間的豐富性。
The office breaks through the stereotypes and becomes an undivided open space. With exposed ceiling pipelines, the hanging greenery and lamps enhance the layered sense of vertical space. The sight naturally spreads from top to bottom and successfully uses features of materials to enrich the view of the open area.
規劃於西側可兼顧討論功能的開放休憩區，以穿透曲面格柵與主辦公區加以劃分，透過落地玻璃窗欣賞各個城市角度的觀景窗戶，撫慰夥伴們工作間隙的疲倦。
The open-plan rest area located on the west side takes the function of discussion. It is divided from main working space by the curved wooden grille, with floor-to-ceiling windows for enjoying the various angles of the city to relieve the pressure of workmates during busy schedules.
座落於深處的Chairman Office，沈穩的灰綠色調、兩面落地窗營造空間通透感，一面由陽光灑落，一面為與員工之間適度距離，地毯蘊含著三種不同顏色深淺的藍色調，搭疊出如海洋般的色層，不縮限於一般高層主管的辦公室印象，多的是時髦簡約的家具搭飾，彷彿徜徉於大海中般的舒適感，也能於辦公空間體會到。
Located at the far end, the chairman’s office has a calm, gray-green tone and floor-to-ceiling window that create a sense of airiness. One side of the office is sprinkled with sunlight while the other side creates a moderate distance from the employees. The carpet accommodates three different shades of blue, stacking the ocean-like layers, unlike the common appearance of most senior executives’ offices. The chairman’s office is decorated with stylish yet minimalist furnishings, offering the coziness of the oceanic embrace, proving that this comfort is achievable in an office space.
